Is within any website contains a catalogue of medical jouranls?

I want to publish a medical paper, i know some medical journal, but i want a complete list of what journal are there so i can settle on which one is the best. There is an online database call "Journal Citation Reports" (JCR) from ISI. It list all journal by subject, and gives 1) how lots articles per year are published, 2) the journal's impact factor*, and 3) other "Where should I publish" information. Talk to your local library about access to JCR. It is a _very_ expensive database; within some places, the user has to wage a fee for a investigate consult.
Second, "Ulrich's International Periodicals Directory" database (also available as a printed book,) lists journal by subject. Ulrich's gives circulation numbers, page numbers and information more or less advertising/audience. Again, your local library will have the book and probably the database.
Finally, you can get a schedule of over 5,000 journals indexed for MEDLINE by select PDF at http://www.nlm.nih.gov/tsd/serials/terms.
*Impact factor - likelyhood of being cited by another article. Also certain as "prestige factor."

Cheers.

Please see Google search on Medical journal.
