I find it embarassing to eat though my mouth. Wouldn't it be far more embarrasing to defecate and ratify wind through your mouth. And I thought garlic breath be bad!

It is unlikely that a reversal would work well. You swallow food which is digested by stomach acids which next passes to the intestines that neutralize the acids and work surrounded by an alkaline environment to absorb nutrients into the blood. That would not work contained by reverse. Also your embarrassement might be even worse "reversed."
Would it not be even more embarrassing to chomp through through your rectum?!!
