An idea? No. But a treatment, diagnostic method, etc. if here is data to support it? Yes.
First, contact a legal representative and patent it.
Next ask your legal representative to recomend a licensing company. They will find someone to invention, sell, use, etc. your product.
I do consider it would be hard for you (not already have an institution with which you are working) to hold "medical[ly] proved" your idea. You might want to government grant it and then contact some biomedical researchers (like me) to speak about you how to go more or less medically proving it.
Usually medical ideas can individual be sold through a medical company.
