is at hand an over the counter nasal decongestant besides pseudoephedrine?

I would stay away from nasal sprays because they are addictive but if you go to the drug store lots nasal decongestents that used to be made with pseudoephedrine are very soon pseudoephedrine free since pseudoephedrine can be used to make crystal-meth.
If you can't find one purely ask the pharmacist what he/she recommends.
afrin
Afin nasal spray. Get the non drip spray.
Sudafed PE does not contain pseudoephedrine. It's their alternative to regular Sudafed.
I one-sidedly don't think it works as powerfully, but it's available.
AFRIN it is an alfa blocker it works faster than pseudoefedrine because you apply it directly on your nose but dont use it for more than 7 days because it can be paid you depend on it. Hope it helps.
