Is nearby such a condition as the conflicting of Turret's Syndrome?

People with Turret's typically blurt out impulsive words, sometimes obscene, with apparently no control over their schedule, so I was wondering if the different (suddenly stopping one's speech in the middle of a sentence, etc.) is a medical condition and, if so, what it's call. "suddenly stopping one's speech in the middle of a sentence"
What you describe is call "thought blocking." It is not a syndrome in of itself but is a symptom that can be see in Schizophrenia. What is in truth happening is an inturuption surrounded by the persons train of thought. When you are discussion to a person who exhibits thought blocking, they do exactly what you describe.
It could be some form of autism or brain destruction. That's the only article I can think of.
Hello:
The correct slang is Gilles de la Tourette's syndrome (or Tourette's syndrome). In neuropsychiatry, disorders are not typically classified as opposite's of one another. Tourette's is an unusual but well characterized and distinct psychopathology and is not an antonym or synonym of anything else.
Not really. There is no such entity as an Opposite in medication. If you are asking about a condition that will suddenly stop someone from speaking, when he be speaking before, this is usually call a vascular incident -- cranial. Something akin to a stroke.
The opposite of Touretts Syndrome is "Jesus Freak" syndrome, where on earth every other word is "Praise the Lord" ;) Just funnin PEACE TJ
