is at hand a specific moniker for "inability to cry tears"?

i have dysautonomia(my autonomic twitchy system is pretty fuc. up), so I have lots of pretty serious conditions
but im worried almost something that has newly happened. yesterday I be watching a movie, I felt close to crying, but somehow the tears didn't come out, and my eyes started burning!!
i didn't get worried or anything. but after very same piece happened a moment ago 2 hours ago!! so im kind of worried, cuz i read that this could lead to serious eye injure.
i googled for it, even found some people dictum they have one and the same thing, but I can't find experimental information about it. i really needed to know the name of this specific condition
so i'd appreciate it if someone could minister to me out
thanks! it's call xerophthalmia or keratoconjunctivitis sicca. it's obviously a disorder of the parasympathetic system (associated also to autoinmune diseases similar to Sjogren but you say you've already be diagnosed with dysautonomia i interpret you didn't self-diagnose?) and, well, if controlled it of course can front to bad things (like corneal ulceration). travel see an ophthalmologist to set up a treatment.
Dry Eye Syndrome
your tear ducts could be infected so don't mess around next to this one, go see a doctor.you with the sole purpose get one set of eyes
I give attention to U should go to a accurate nueorologist with Ur family's medical history. may be its something adjectives or may be U are having some serious problem.
Just depending upon some people's inference is not good at adjectives in armour of someone's health.
U should drop by a specialist as soon as U can so Ur condition would not be worse.
You probably won't find anyone with a PHD online here, desire medical attention
yeah, you have no atmosphere
