I have have them. You can't cure them, not medicinally, anyhow. You can manage them next to (as the last poster said) Valium (a sedative) or Xanax (anti-panic). I own taken Xanax, and it works, but you have to be cautious with it; it's addictive.
I lug Klonopin (clonazepam) now, and hold for years. It pretty much does the trick. However, it only stops the attacks; it doesn't re-wire the brain. :)
