Is Trans Fat and fairly hydrogenated grease equal entity?

I noticed on a jar of food the other afternoon that said it had no Trans Fat contained by it, but on the ingredient label, it timetabled partially hydrogenated grease. I thought these two were indistinguishable thing. What do I believe? Partially hydrogenated grease contains some trans fats. The hydrogenation of oil will produce some trans fats.
You hold a sharp eye. The new FDA regulations are a bit 'phony' because if the plane of trans fats is smaller quantity than half a gram, they can voice on the label "No trans fats". You found a channel to detect this 'lie'. Congrats!
I think they are one surrounded by the same. their both desperate for you if you eat it surrounded by access.
doctor j is dead on, the process of hydrogenting produces trans fat. if you see hydrogenated oil on a sign and want to avoid trans fats. avoid the product. honourable job doc!
